To ensure all-around safety, the cabin is equipped with a multi-layer protection system: a high-sensitivity security and video monitoring system that covers all key areas to prevent unauthorized access; a fire alarm system with smoke and temperature detectors that triggers automatic alerts and linkage measures in case of fire risks; and a constant-temperature air conditioning system that maintains a stable internal environment (20-25℃), avoiding equipment malfunctions caused by extreme temperatures. These configurations enable the cabin to meet unattended operation standards, significantly reducing manual management costs.
In terms of production and on-site deployment, the cabin adopts a prefabricated model. All internal panels and cabinets—including automation control cabinets, communication cabinets, and protection cabinets—are fully installed, wired, and debugged in the factory to ensure stable performance. During transportation, it can be delivered in sections (for large-capacity models) or as a whole (for compact designs) based on road and transportation conditions. On-site work is simplified to simple cabin splicing and connection to external power and communication lines, which takes only 3-5 days to complete—greatly reducing on-site workload and shortening the construction cycle by 60% compared to traditional on-site assembly.
