GIS Lead-out Bushing is a specialized and critical component tailored for gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) transformer substations. It plays a vital role in safely leading electrical energy out of the GIS equipment, serving as a key interface for power transmission between the internal GIS system and external power grids. The bushing adopts an advanced capacitive voltage-sharing structure, which ensures uniform electric field distribution, effectively improving electrical insulation reliability and operational stability.
In terms of insulation design, it features a solid insulation structure formed by fiberglass immersed in epoxy resin and wrapped tightly. This structure endows the bushing with excellent insulation performance and mechanical strength. Notably, the outdoor part of the bushing is free from SF6 gas, completely eliminating the risk of gas leakage and avoiding environmental pollution and operational hazards caused by leakage. It realizes maintenance-free operation during the service life, greatly reducing the operational and maintenance costs of the substation.
With strong environmental adaptability, it will not suffer from insulation failure due to temperature changes, making it particularly suitable for low-temperature environments. Its outstanding mechanical properties can fully meet the high shock-resistance requirements during operation. The bushing covers a rated voltage range of 126~550kV and a rated current range of 630~6000A, perfectly matching the operational needs of medium and high-voltage GIS substations.
